Lela has been in healthcare since she was a teen. She started her career at 17 caring for animals as a Veterinarian Technician. Then left the healthcare industry for 14 years and worked as a construction drywaller. Lela returned to healthcare after starting a family as a dental assistant/ receptionist.  After being in Dentistry for over 23 years and helping people learn about dental care, Lela is now excited to explore a new aspect of health care, learning how the body and mind work together.

 

Lela has been married for over 37 years. She lives in a multi-generation home with her husband, adult child, her mother-in-law and 3 furry family members (2 dogs and a cat). She was born in California but has lived in Washington for over 40 years. In her non-work hours she loves fishing, gardening and cabin life during summer months with her family.
